After two weeks and no car en route, I fired the first company I had chosen for my auto transport after I was assured of "prompt and courteous service" by All American Auto Transport. All I've gotten in 3 weeks is prompt delays and excuses. At least they answer the phone... little consolation. I understand that Albuquerque may not be the "hotbed" of auto shipments, but is IS on the way to the west coast. for 10 days I've been told that "a driver is in the area", Is he lost? I'm going to be charged rent by my seller (a dealer.) I'm disgusted. If All American cares as much about their customer's satisfaction as they claim, I'd have had my car long ago.

WE HAVE A CONFIRMED CARRIER BY PAYING OUT OF COMPANY FUNDS EXTRA $250 WE ARE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT EXPEDITED ORDERS OUT OF COMPANY FUNDS.
